The ceiling and walls are 3/16″ thick steel. The patent pending Safe-T-door is double sided with ¼” steel + framing + 3/16″ steel that weighs 400 pounds. There are 3 commercial grade deadbolts, 4 hinges, 2 katy bars totaling eleven points of contact to hold the door shut. There are 173 square inches of air ventilation around the door, an air vent in the ceiling, a 4″ x 4″ junction box welded to ceiling with a 3/4″ hole through the ceiling so you can add electricity, light, phone or alarm keypad.
